Argusa supports clients across various industries, including transportation, e-commerce, and luxury goods.

Our founder and CEO has been active in the field of Business Intelligence (BI) for over 20 years, having built and managed BI teams in large companies. The members of our team hold PhDs or master's degrees in diverse fields (natural sciences, economics, engineering).

By joining Argusa as a Consultant, you will bring high-quality technical expertise to our clients in French-speaking Switzerland. Given the diversity of our clients’ IT ecosystems, you will gain a broad understanding of the BI and Data Analytics landscape in the region and develop highly sought-after skills.

Your main mission: Break down barriers to the effective use of data for our clients by:

  • Participating in BI activities at client sites (French-speaking Switzerland)
  • Delivering robust and tailored solutions for our clients' analytical needs
  • Introducing our partners and their products to potential clients by preparing and demonstrating Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Staying up to date with BI trends and maintaining expert certifications on our partners' products

Your profile:

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Autonomy, practicality, and responsibility
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new contexts and requirements

Non-negotiables:

  • At least a master’s degree (preferably a PhD) in a data-related field
  • Fluent in French and English (B2 level or higher)
  • Legally authorized to work in Switzerland
  • Since this is an on-site role, you must be a resident of Switzerland or willing to relocate

Nice to have:

  • SQL knowledge and experience
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools
  • Knowledge and experience in Machine Learning
